Int!nt Vet Tools
Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains what Int!nt Vet Tools ("the service") collects, why, and what happens to it. The service is provided by Intelligent Integrations and is used by staff and invited guests of Castle House Veterinary Practice.
Intelligent Integrations operates this service. For questions about your data, or to ask for a copy or deletion of it, contact George@Intint.io.
We do not use advertising trackers, third party analytics, or cookies for marketing. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers. We do not track you across other websites.
To let you sign in, to save your work so it is there next time and on your other devices, and to let practice administrators manage who has access. Nothing more.
Data is held in secure managed data centres operated by Supabase, hosted within the European Union. Access is restricted to the account it belongs to, enforced at database level. Site hosting is provided by Vercel.
When you use the assistant, the text and any files you attach are sent to Groq, an AI processing provider, to generate a reply. Do not put client names, herd numbers, or other identifying details into the assistant unless you have been told it is appropriate to do so.
Account data is kept while the account is active. If an account is deleted, its content is deleted with it. Guest sign-in records may be kept for administrative purposes and can be removed on request.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email George@Intint.io and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The service stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in, and remembers your appearance preferences (font, colours, text size) on your device. These are necessary for the service to work and are not used for tracking.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
